"i found the day ward lovely"

I attended in august for an operation , I was really nervous. the day ward staff were lovely made me feel at ease , everyone I saw from the surgeon to nurses were lovely. im never keen on hospitals but they answered all I asked. I was unable to have the operation as my blood pressure was very high , I feel like when I go back in I will be more at ease , I was treat with great dignity even offered a cup of tea or something to eat when I was told the operation was too risky for me , I said it was ok I would just go to a café im diabetic but thought it was nice I was asked.
