"Great patient care at Orthopaedics"

I was refused a walk in X-ray today as my paperwork was issued in August last year - but the x Ray was required for an Orthopaedics appointment which I have just received an appointment for. I was told to go back to my doctor and get a new x Ray form, which would mean canceling my long awaited orthopaedic appointment. I went to Orthopaedics and explained the situation to a lovely lady, who had it sorted within 5 minutes! She treated me with understanding and was patient, polite and super efficient.
