"Good interpersonal skills but expensive parking at Hallamshire"

Due to heart pains I was referred to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.

The doctor pre-contacted the hospital for speedy referral which prevented need for initial assessment (and potential long wait before treatment).

I found the nurses polite and efficient in conducting tests and organising blood tests. All the staff had good interpersonal skills. In the end there was no problem just a false alarm, but I did have a relatively long wait for my results. I had to wait four hours before being sent home.

There is also an issue with parking costs as I think they are far too high.
