"Appalling"

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital

Came here today to have a follow up ENT operation appointment... Firstly we were told by numerous staff members different places to attend the appointment, this meant we was late after being sent all over the hospital, secondly when we actually arrived the receptionist was extremely rude when asking for directions as to where to go, I was stood waiting for roughly 5 minutes before she acknowledged that I was waiting to be seen! The only good thing about this hospital is the staff on the ENT ward who were extremely helpful and friendly! I am extremely appalled at the hospital, and in future will not be attending appointments which have been booked for here
