I was given a medication to help with bladder leakages but I can't take it because it's contraindicated in people who are constipated, which I have. I did not know about this until I collected the prescription from the chemist and read the patient information leaflet. I have hypothyroidism. Hence why I am constipated 2 times a day. How can I be expected to take a medication that I can't really take because of symptoms relating to my illness? Why did my consultant give me this medication? I want an answer please.
"on wrong medication"
