My husband had an appointat 16,00hrs on 13th January. We arrived at 15.50hrs and were out by 16.25hrs ,the nurse even went to find us in the nice cafe at 15.55hrs. All care and behaviour of staff excellent. Information regarding planned treatment left us fully informed ,all questions answered completely. See why it is a centre of excellence. Only complaint put 2 hours on parking just in case and only needed an hour
