(as the patient),

Was referred to this service after developing a choking phobia from witnessing my dad choke 2 years ago.

For those who have phobias I want to let you know recovery is possible. Although an excellent therapist is required hence why I cant thank Michaela enough. She was friendly, non judgemental, organised and down to earth. Would not have been able to do this without her.
