"The GP has no idea about my mental health issues"

I am registered at a GP Surgery in Goole. I have both physical health issues and mental health issues.

A GP who I have not seen for many months was asked by the DWP to write a statement of my health issues and in doing does not seem to have read any of my recent notes or what has happened to me and the assessment he wrote is completely wrong. I was summoned to an assessment by DWP who then cut off my benefits completely. Saying there is nothing wrong with me.

The Manager of the Practice then made me see this GP. He was rude to me and when I drew his attention to my issues said my appointment was over. I have now complained to the surgery by writing a letter. I have also written to the Care Quality Commission.

This GP has no idea about my health or my needs.
