I am very grateful to all the staff that was involved in my moms care.

From A/E B1 B2. To discharge. Mom was very impressed with the care that she received from all the staff. Even the male nurses put my mom at ease and she never felt embarrassed. My mom is 89 years old. Thank you every one.

The only things that could be improved are car parking prices and the quality of the food.

We are sorry if you felt the food quality was disappointing during your mom’s visit. We take the nutrition of our patients very seriously and are committed to providing a healthy and tasty menu for patients. Just recently we launched our new Chosen by Patients menu for inpatients. The new menu was created with the help of dietitians, and all dishes were tried and tested by patients during a trial period on our wards.

Like at most other hospitals in the region, patients and visitors are charged for parking and the cost of parking at our hospital is on a par with other hospitals in the West Midlands.

The income from charges is used to maintain the car parks, carry out necessary works and deliver a security service which includes security officer availability, 24-hour monitored CCTV and access control systems.
