I attended A and E with my 10 year old son who was in acute pain. We were listened to and taken seriously and he was thoroughly and sensitively examined and tests done. We did not wait long for triage or treatment. The tests later revealed an infection which has been treated. Not only did we receive outstanding medical care but everyone was so kind and caring. I am so grateful to all the lovely staff - we are so lucky to have you and the NHS. Thank you.
