"Great staff making an unpleasant experience..."

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

Going into hospital is quite a scarey experience on occasions. I went in for a flexible sigmoidoscopy. I was not looking forward to the experience to say the least. Everyone I met, from the receptionist to the specialist, made me aware of what was going on and went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by the level of service whilst I was there.
