"Superb Staff in Endoscopy Suite!"

I attended today for a Colonoscopy at Kingsmill Hospital. The staff were very reassuring, giving information and answering all my questions. Thanks Phil for your caring approach that helped me to feel anxious and for having the time to talk me through everything - a great welcome! The staff who carried out my colonoscopy were so friendly, professional and also there was a pleasant repartee between them - thank you so much for supporting me through the procedure - especially fanning me to cool me down through some of the painful aspects! The recovery team were attentive, caring and kind. What more can we ask? I'm writing this especially as so many people are critical of Kingsmill. My own personal experience has always been excellent and a family member treated for the past 10 years for cancer has received exceptional treatment and care. Despite the pressures on your hospital I want to record my thanks and to say well done!
