"Worst experience of my life.."

About: Leicester General Hospital

I have recently been under your care at the General Hospital. I was disgusted at the way I was treated. I was refereed from Leicester Royal Infirmary being told I was going to under-go more tests/ treatment after being in the same pain for 2 years and having no idea where the pain is coming from. I felt very intimidated by the staff, I didn't get told what’s going on and what was meant to be happening. I have undergone scans, x-ray and blood tests. I wasn't satisfied with the support I was given and I was moved to 3 different wards and I was only there 4 days, I don’t know why I didn't have any more searches other than an ultrasound which I was told I was going to have as an outpatient, but then half hour later a porter came to get me to go for it then with no notice, before got discharged the next day with the same medication after being told I could take 5ml every 2 hours plus 2.5ml in between. I was still on the same medication I came in on but with orapmorph more frequently .Doctors basically telling me that I would never find out what’s going on. This is out of order and I am appalled with the way I have been treated. This is getting beyond a joke! I am being passed from pillow to post, I am 17 years old and don’t even know where I stand. They won’t do anymore scans and just tell me that the doctor at the LRI was wrong to say that I was going to have more tests, I am discussed with the treatment I was given. The way I was sent home with the same medication and having them have done next to nothing.
