About: Heatherwood Hospital

I attended the urology department on the 14th Jan 2015. I was initially greeted by a wonderful male receptionist who was very calm and extremely professional - also he explained everything really well. I then had a procedure - carried out by again a wonderful male doctor - all the nurses were so polite and helpful. I was so impressed by the whole department and staff. I arrived at 9.30am and was seen with my results at 1.45pm. Excellent. I have been singing their praises ever since. Maria Corne
