My husband was referred to RLI by his GP at 12.30 we arrived at RLI 1.30 a nurse was waiting we went straight through A&E and then a Conary care nurse appeared she assured all was ok and informed us exactly what was going to happen next ... The care and service was excellent and so reassuring our RLI is a credit to the NHS we were treat like royalty and I cannot thank them enough... You are there when we need you .... Thank you again
