"Difficult but worth it"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have never experinced this level of support before and was very anxious as to what to expect.

It is extremely difficult to talk on a regular basis about how you feel, but even when it was near impossible as to knowing where to start, I felt very sure that the session would be positive afterwards because of the issues being addressed.

Thank you.

Dear 'N2015',

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us.

I'm pleased to hear that despite inital anxieties and finding some aspects of the sessions difficult that you felt it was a positive experince overall.

I wish you all the best for the future,

Lizzie
