Amazing staff on ward 32

About: Victoria Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward 32 this after a hysterectomy.

All the staff on the ward were absolutely amazing. They work so hard and nothing is too much trouble. They made me feel so relaxed and laugh, omg we had some laughter on the ward.

Well thank you for making the start of my recovery a good one. Keep up the good work everyone and be proud of the health care you provide.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience in ward 32. I will be delighted to share this with the staff and with the Management team who will welcome your positive feedback.

Being in hospital is an anxious time for folks and therefore having staff who can make people feel at ease is really important. Laughter is great therapy and from what you say it sounds like staff recognise this, despite the busyness of the ward.
