"One week in Bartlett Ward"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

Mother aged 80 had a neck and chest injuries which did not require surgery and was nursed very well during her stay. Staff were busy but so positive and kind. The catering and cleaning was great. I work in NHS and was aware of the pressures and apart from expected occasional delays in getting around to patients needing toileting or pain relief there were no negatives. Well done from A+E Xray Dept Scanning Dept Medics Nurses all housekeeping staff and Restaurant. Patient collection parking difficult issue due to the site of the hospital. Thank You for everything.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on NHS Choices. It is always good to get feedback from patients and visitors on the care and treatment they have received. All feedback, positive and negative, helps us to develop the services we provide at HHFT. I will share these comments with the teams involved, who I am sure will greatly appreciate them.
