"A &e major"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

My husband of 57 was rushed in by ambulance after collapsing at home .It was a Friday early evening .Right from when the ambulance arrived the care was excellent he and I where both treated really well . He had blood tests ECG .CT scan ,and was ready to go home with after care within 4 hours .the nurses and doctors on A&e major didn't stop rushing around but still made time to offer me a cup of tea . Very scary time as this was totally out of the blue but they where so calm and efficient it helped to keep us both calm.

Thank you for taking the time to write in and share your feedback with us. We are so pleased that through what must have been such a difficult time, our staff were able to keep you both calm and remained professional throughout. Please be assured that we will of course pass your kind words on to them for their information. Many Thanks Leanne
