my mother was admitted and the daytime staff are completely amazing.but on a night the level of care when most needed changes!!the staff are rude abrupt and only there for a wage and if buzzers are pressed patients can wait up to 2 hours this is insanity.i have been on the ward and witnessed it and hope I will never be admitted!
