"Slightly terrified and put at ease"

I had been avoiding a blood test for months out of fear of the results - feeling shaky on the way in and really pushed myself to go in on a day off of work. Everything was straightforward with absolutely no waiting time. Most importantly, I really can't thank my nurse enough for knowing what to say and how to create a calm and friendly atmosphere. Really, now my hospital anxiety is virtually gone!
