"Treatment for Non-hodgekins Lymphoma"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services

I was completely satisfied with the speed of diagnosis and start of treatment, the information I was given about my condition and the treatment that was being offered to me. I was also very impressed by the attitude of all the staff as they were cheerful and friendly and made it easy for me to not worry about my condition. I include all of the staff not just the medical staff. The support staff such as the meals providers and the cleaning staff all had the same work ethic. The only area I felt let the hospital down was that as the nurses now have extra medical responsibilities the old fashion nursing techniques of patient comfort was not very obvious in the larger wards. In total I was in and out of hospital for 10 months
