I found 2 drug workers to be obnoxious and condescending. They had already formed an opinion of me before even speaking to me (and when they did they didn't listen to my responses to very judgemental questions). I'm at a loss as to where they "gleaned" my medical background before talking with me, as l live in Birmingham and have never been in this hospital before - thank God! I feel l was judged by my sister's frequent, time-wasting regular 999 cries for help.
