Attended for planned day surgery - staff were extremely pleasant, reassuring and helpful. High praise in particular for the anaesthetic room staff who were caring and friendly as well as professional. Staff explained everything to me and any changes of plan were communicated clearly. All round good experience. Would recommend to others.
