(as the patient),

I went to Huyton walk in centre recently with a painful knee and I want to compliment the staff on the excellent service they provide. The reception and nursing staff were all very attentive and helpful and I was seen promptly.

I would not have been able to get a GP appointment that morning and being able to access this service enabled me to get prompt treatment and as a result I have been able to get the pain under control very quickly.
