"Lack of empathy (Nuerology)!"

I had an appointment at Pinderfields Hospital, I was discharged on my first appointment without any treatment, further tests or investigations. It was suggested that I had fibromyalgia. I mentioned to the consultant that, I have had a recent MRI scan done. He however, suggested that my new MRI scan wouldn't be any different to my previous one! I was really disappointed with his rather patronising approach, whick lacked empathy throughout the session. My husband took a day off work just to accompany me and to discuss matters further. The consultant didn't even bother to say hello, or discuss any medical concerns with him. I thought this was an extremely rude approach! I travelled a long distance to Pinderfields and returned home utter disappoinment!
