"Admission/ stay in hospital"

About: Leighton Hospital

Followings emergency admission via doc, I was admitted to ward 13 on Christmas Eve . After x Ray and scan, I underwent bowel surgery on morning of Boxing Day. Although the staff were rushed off their feet, I can't fault treatment/care I received over my weeks stay. Nothing was too much trouble, for all the staff on the ward. Only complaint was the length of time waiting to be dischargedfrom hospital, from knowing I could go home at 9.30 am to 7.15pm when finally allowed to go. Please thank all the staff from SAU and ward 10 Thank you.

We are very grateful that you have taken the time and trouble to contact us regarding the management and care given to you when admitted to Ward 13 and Ward 10, and will ensure that your feedback is given to the relevant teams. Staff are delighted to hear when patients feel that they have been well looked after, and we wish you a speedy recovery. Many thanks Regards Sandra Glover Modern Matron Surgery & Cancer Division
