I had a very worrying time with symptoms over the Xmas period. However the help and support I had from this unit was truly exceptional. As a very nervous patient who attended for minor surgery on 10 Jan I was given the most wonderful support. In particular from the nurse ( a true angel) and also the doctor who carried out the procedure exceptionally efficiently and also very supportive. I want to thank the whole team at the Unit. Their care was second to none. They showed the NHS at the RVI is truly world class. I don't know how you reward staff but they deserve the highest accolade.
