"Very disappointed"

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was very disappointed on a recent visit to Dewsbury District Hospital. My appointment was for an eye clinic. Not only did I have to do tests which I had already done, but in addition the young girl who was doing the tests did not seem to know what she was doing. Also her colleague came into the treatment room and they both just sat there chatting and gossiping which was a bit distracting.
