"Never again I will use this hospital!"

I was shocked with the treatment I received as I had a choice between this hospital or Charing Cross hospital. I picked Chelsea and Westminister hospital of course thinking it's the best and I will be treated with care and respect. I came by Ambulance and was about to give birth. I was all alone left in the corridor just stared by nurses like I am an alient. No warmth, no smile nothing! Just a spaces out, zombie faces where looking at me like I was in their way. Finally one of them took to the room where their is beds with curtains and left be there for 1 hour! My legs where shaking, I was all alone in pain and very scared! :-( I never felt sick through my pregnancy until that moment. I was so shy and scared that I will be sick on their floor that I got up with my legs shacking and start slowly walking towards the nurse and I called out to her if she could get me a backet bacause I feel sick. The nurse put their hand in the air and said no I got other patients! What? I made my way back to my bed in tears. Then one nurse saw me and I asked them then they brought one for me looking at me in very cold way. Finally other nurse turned up and when I told them they told me " well that's what happens when you pregnant and I'm here now so let get on with it." With no care or sympathy in the world knowing that I am helpless and I can't do or say anything about it. I had the worst and unforgettable experience in there that till this day I can't forget it. The nurses that I meet in their have no heart or care for me. I don't recommend this hospital and never would come back again myself. Infact I am going to write to papers to let the whole London not to be fooled by the nice look of the hospital and posh location where it's at. Never, never again! You should be ashamed of your selfs!
