"Dermatology should be in special measures"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Started on treatment a month ago, fought to get repeat appointment for isotretinoin, no calls returned, pals eventually get me an appointment. Repeat prescription given for continuous treatment, next available appointment 2weeks after I run out of tablets, nurse says "just split your dose over the 6weeks not 4", is this not breaking the prescribing laws? Today tried to get appointment changed, guess what, no phone calls returned!,
