I arrived at the blood clinic expecting to have a long wait, but instead, I took my ticket, sat down for all of 2 minutes and I was called in. The phlebotomist was pleasant and very good-no pain or digging about for a vein!! Excellent service!! Thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to share you feedback. The Blood testing service has been working hard to achieve shorter waiting times for all their patients and it is encouraging to know that this work is taking effect. I am glad to learn that your whole experience of the service was so positive.
