Broke a few fingers and decided to go to Guy's urgent care rather than Soho's MIU. The registration process was swift and easy. Although the waiting room was quite small with chairs close to each other (slightly worrying due to people coughing) the staff were very well-behaved unlike some of the visitors. Went to see a nurse, up to x-rays and back to the nurse for assessment all in 2 hours. Very pleased with the service and will visit again whenever I stupidly injure myself.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand that the waiting area of the Urgent Care Centre can feel small at busy times. The service management team makes every effort to use the space we have to best effect. Despite this, I am glad to learn that you had such a positive overall experience of the Urgent Care Centre.
