"Visited the hospital today after being refered to..."

Visited the hospital today after being refered to the dermatology department so they could look at a lession on my nose. Was thoroughly impressed by how quickly I was seen to (less than 5 minutes waiting) and the efficiency of the staff there. Was seen by a lovely practitioner/consultant who made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly, and let me wait for my mum to arrive before starting the procedure as I was a bit nervous, which was nice of her. The nurses were also very friendly, chatty and reassuring. The total time spent in the Hospital was under 20 minutes! Probably the best experience I've had of any NHS care in a long time, very impressed. Thanks!
