"Really pleased!"

I was referred to the gynaecology department at the QMC treatment centre by Cropwell Bishop Surgery, who I have been very pleased with. They are always courteous and helpful and waiting times to be seen by a doctor are consistently short. You can usually get an appointment within a couple of days. I requested to see Miss MacPhearson at the treatment centre who listened to me and explained options and procedures very clearly. I asked lots of questions because I hadn’t had any contact with hospitals recently and I was a little nervous. I cannot fault any part of the service or staff. I have an ultrasound booked for a couple of months away and feel completely reassured. I had an initial wait because I specifically wanted to see Miss MacPhearson and she wasn’t expecting me but have barely had to wait at any point. I’m really pleased.
