I requested a change to my appointment at short notice, the staff in the cardio dept sorted it for me swiftly. I attended the clinic arriving early (as I had no problems parking). Following a brief wait I was called through by a member of staff and had my pacemaker check effortlessly, brilliant communication and explained exactly what was happening and how the pacemaker had been performing. I left the department before my appointment time with all the information I needed ( and more).what a brilliant service I would not dream of going to another hospital Medway Cardaic dept has to be the best I was in and out of my car in less than 1 hour. Thank you to this member of staff all the staff, a very very satisfied patient.
