"Problems with getting prescription"

(as a service user),

The service provided is appalling, I haven't had one positive experience in all of the years I've been going. My prescription is regular and is never complete and I have to make 2 journeys. I always have to ring and chase my prescription and on more than 2 occasions my prescription has been lost. My prescription can not be obtained from anywhere else.

The first part of my current prescription was ready in mid December and I should have received a message when the rest was ready. I never did and had to chase it and was fobbed off with excuses.

When I went to collect the remaining part of my prescription I had to leave empty handed. There was absolutely nowhere to park.

There is no consistency is the service provided. One person tells you one thing and then someone else tells you something completely different.

When my prescription is not ready all in one go then I feel that it should be posted using recorded delivery.

We have received your feedback and are looking into the concerns you have raised. Sorry it has taken longer than we would have liked to come back to you. We will post a fuller response to the comments you have shared with us over the coming days.

Update posted by Madeline13 (a service user)

I still haven't got all of my prescription and it is now February. I feel like I'm being discriminated because the tablets I take are on a patient named basis, so I'm expected to make repeated trips to the hospital just to complete one prescription.
