"Thankyou Vista Road"

I want to thank the mental health community team based at vista rd locality centre, newton le willows.

I have been involved with mental health services for just over 2 years and I want to say I have never felt more supported than I do now. My CPN is doing an excellent job of supporting me. I'd also like to thank the current mananger of vista Rd. She has been working with me recently whilst my CPN is of sick she has been absolutly brillient I think she is doing a wonderful job running a busy community team and finding the time to support service users as well. The team at vista rd are excellent in communicating with each other and always find the time to help me with my problems, its not just the CPN's that are supporting me, I have felt very supported by the Dr, the community psychatrist. In the past I have had many issues and complaints around the care I have recieved by the Dr's but I have to say that this Dr is the best, you can tell he cares about his job and his patients, he listens and works with you to achieve the best results.

Its also not only the profesionals at Vista I want to Thank. I also want to say thankyou to Vista rd's receptionist, she is so friendly and makes me feel welcome when I come to the centre she is also very friendly over the phone nothing is too much trouble and she is very understanding when I'm consistently phoning the centre or I'm in a strop!
