"appointment at 11.45 over 1.15 hr delay"

About: Leighton Hospital

after waiting weeks for the result of a biopsy,i went for appointment at 11.45 to be told of 45 min delay at 12.30 to be told delay 1.15 hrs, had to leave due to appointment at 1pm,so now waiting for new appointment,along with the stress.

I am very sorry for the delays you experienced and that you are still waiting for your test results. We try to keep to time in clinics but, unfortunately on some occasions, appointments do overrun.
