"Great service provided by the Ophthalmology Team..."

I've been really impressed with the great service provided by your excellent Ophthalmology Team. I had some laser treatment before Christmas following some sight anomalies. I have been really impressed with the way in which I was involved in decisions around my treatment and the time taken by the clinical team to answer any queries I had. Discharged after follow up today. Delivering high quality care of this nature is clearly a team effort and I would like to pass on my thanks to all those wonderful people who make it happen. The staff on reception, the clinical team, medical records who make sure my notes are available when needed, the cleaners who keep everything buffed and polished and the managers and all the other staff who keep the service and the hospital functioning so well, 24/7.
