I have had the misfortune to visit other hospitals in the NE in the past but my goodness I was amazed by the pleasant atmosphere I experienced here at a recent out-pt appt. Staff were welcoming, helpful and willing to answer all my questions - my appointment was bang on time and the Consultant charming and professional. Sadly this is not the experience i have at other local major hospitals and i would like to thank the staff (including clerical staff) for making it a stress free visit. Well done to you all!
