My name is Zuhra Yasmin I'm 33yrs old and i was born with renal failure and i have been in PRI as an inpatient many times, my main reason for leaving this review is because i phoned the renal secretary at Preston royal hospital about a few symptoms i am having today, Ive had a transplant and the symptoms are worrying and the renal secretary was really on the ball taking my symptoms and all my information down and was really reassuring and helpful, and she rang me back twice and got me an appointment on Friday 16th January in his clinic at PRI, I only have to wait 4 days. I know this is a hospital review but i think i needed to compliment the secretary staff for today. Preston hospital staff have always looked after me really well.One of the best hospitals ive ever been in.
