I cannot praise the care that I had at the Ducy enough, from my consultant, my anaesthetist, all the nursing staff, the physiotherapists, the housekeepers, the reception staff They all ensured that what was a rather unnerving experience was made as comfortable as possible. I should like to thank you all.
