"Visit to A&E"

Had to go to A&E with a cough that I had had for approx 4 weeks and was now giving me chest pains on my left hand side. I knew in advance that hospital was very busy and was expecting a long wait. I was seen by triage in about 20 minutes of arriving and then followed a heart trace, blood tests and chest x-ray. The staff that dealt with me were very kind, friendly and professional. I was then taken through to see a doctor. Who was also very reassuring and friendly. The only thing that took time was the results of the blood tests coming back but that is understandable. All in all my visit took 3 hrs. Brilliant service during a very busy time. Thank you x
