"Removal"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I had a mole removed from my breast which had a lump underneath in the middle of November. I was told that the mole would be tested to see if it was a cause if concern but have had no response in about 9 weeks. Also i am worried as my scar is not healing properly and have not really been given anyone who i can contact about this. Such a shame as the minor surgery was fine. The poor aftercare has let it down for me.

Thank you for leaving your comment on NHS Choices. I am concerned that no one has come back to you following your test, and that you don’t appear to have a contact to follow this up with, for which I can only apologise. I would like to investigate this as a matter of urgency and in order to do so I need some more information. Please contact me via our PALS team on 01708 435 454 or email PALS@bhrhospitals.nhs.uk so I can look into this. Yours sincerely, Nadeem Moghal Medical Director
