"great physio but problems with the receptionist"

About: Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I feel like the community physio team are being let down by the rude staff on reception at the GP practice. I hate booking in as you don't get any recognition from one particular receptionist, just a grunt when you give your details ( several times).

Apart from the receptionist, the physio, Nicola, is great.
