"Stress-free minor surgery"

Just want to share my excellent and stress free experience at this surgery yesterday.

I had an evening appointment at the See & Treat clinic with Dr Wright and his team. The appointment was 5 mins late (not a problem when my GP is usually 30 mins behind time).

I met with Dr Wright, he assesed my requirement quickly and efficiently - he ascertained if the surgery was required and after consultation, moved me into the theatre. In the theatre I was introduced to his team (5 in total including himself).

I was placed on the bed and given the required anaesthetic. Dr Wright and his team chatted to me throughout the procedure to keep me informed and relaxed.

The procedure was completed and my personal aftercare requirements were explained. I was discharged happily at 7:05pm (20mins total time in the hospital).

My only criticism - there were no cups in the water coolers.
