"Ward Stock and Ward Managers Leave"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am on Seacole Ward. Sometimes we run out of stock items on the ward e. g. washing up liquid. We would like a better system of staying on track with stock on the ward. We would like individual butter sachets.

I would like to know who is covering for the Ward Manager when she goes on leave.

Apologies for some of the issues with essential stock items. A ward Secretary has been recruited on Seacole Ward and is now working to help us better manage the stock items. We have also arranged for the butter sachets as requested by the patient community.

Cover of the Ward Manager on leave will be discussed in the next Community Meeting (next Thursday).
