Waited over 3 months for the initial ENT appointment, and then when I attended the appointment, I was told that I needed surgery but the waiting list was 6-8 months! However, the NHS guidelines say I have the right to start treatment within 18 weeks of a referral, why doesn't this apply here? On the plus side, all the staff were lovely and kind and helpful.
