"Carpel Tunnel"

About: Colchester General Hospital

I had my Carpel Tunnel Operation done Sept '14, to be honest not looking forward to it. I suffer from Fybromyalgia and Epilepsy so was having the op done under Local Anaesthesia. I should not have worried one bit. Even at the point where I was told it might hurt it didn't!! The Surgeon and theatre staff were fantastic. The ward staff lovely and efficient in a very busy small ward. I used to work in CGH so I do have a soft spot for it. First time Op there, they were wonderful and wrist is doing fine no worries at all!!

Many thanks for your comments and taking the time to submit them. We try really hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients, their relatives or carers. We have a quarterly At Our Best Awards scheme which recognises staff achievements and thanks them for what they do. It has a team category, an individual and a volunteer category. You could enter the team/the person you were kind enough to write in about, by clicking here! http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/At_Our_Best_Awards Also, could you email me, using the reference “+ve Comment on Orthopaedics at 12/01/2015 13:34:21”, please so we can pass on your good wishes?
